At GEMS, safety of all our rental properties is of the utmost importance. All our properties are outfitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for the safety and well being of the tenants. We also follow, and usually exceed, local codes for tenant safety and living standards.
Rehabilitation
Should a property require rehabilitation, our process is extensive. We select good quality carpet, tiles, coverings and paint for durability and to minimize future costs.
As our “before” and “after” photos show, our experienced team can handle both interior and exterior upgrades and repairs.
